خرجني (“إحنا”) خدمة بنقدمها للسائقين في مصر. السياسة دي بتشرح إيه البيانات اللي بنجمعها، وليه، وإزاي بنحميها وإزاي تتحكم فيها.Kharragni (“we”, “us”) provides this service to drivers in Egypt. This policy explains what data we collect, why, how we protect it, and how you control it.

البيانات اللي بنجمعهاData we collect

• رقم تليفونك — لتسجيل الدخول عن طريق رمز التحقق (OTP) عبر الرسائل، ولتوصيل تنبيهات الحجز.Your phone number — for sign-in via SMS one-time code (OTP) and to route block alerts.
• اسمك (اختياري) ولغتك المفضلة.Your name (optional) and preferred language.
• بيانات عربيتك — رقم اللوحة (بالشكل اللي كتبته والشكل الموحّد)، الماركة والموديل واللون، وصورة رخصة السيارة لتوثيق ملكيتك.Your vehicle details — plate number (as entered and normalized), make, model, color, and a photo of the vehicle licence (rukhsa) to verify ownership.
• مكان ركنك (إحداثيات الموقع) — لما تحفظ مكان عربيتك يدوياً، أو تلقائياً في الخلفية لو فعّلت الركن التلقائي (اشتراك صريح لكل عربية).Your parking location (coordinates) — when you save your spot manually, or automatically in the background only if you enable auto-park (explicit per-vehicle opt-in).
• رموز الإشعارات (push tokens) لتوصيل التنبيهات لجهازك.Push notification tokens, to deliver alerts to your device.
• أحداث الحجز — وقت ومكان كل عملية مسح للستيكر، ورقم واتساب الشخص اللي حجزك (لو تواصل عن طريق البوت) عشان نوصّل ردّك له.Block events — the time and place of each sticker scan, and the WhatsApp number of the person who blocked you (if they contact the bot) so we can relay your reply.
• جهات الاتصال الموثوقة اللي بتضيفها (الاسم والرقم) عشان يستلموا التنبيه لو ما ردّتش.Trusted contacts you add (name and number) so they receive the alert if you don't respond.

إزاي بنستخدم البياناتHow we use your data

• نسجّل دخولك ونأمّن حسابك.Authenticate you and secure your account.
• نوصّل تنبيهات الحجز لك (إشعار + واتساب) ونرجّع ردّك للشخص المستني — من غير ما نكشف رقمك.Deliver block alerts to you (push + WhatsApp) and relay your reply to the person waiting — without exposing your number.
• نصعّد التنبيه لجهة اتصال موثوقة لو ما ردّتش في الوقت المحدد.Escalate to a trusted contact if you don't respond in time.
• نوثّق ملكية عربيتك ونصدر ستيكر مربوط بيها.Verify vehicle ownership and issue a sticker linked to it.
• نساعدك تلاقي عربيتك بعد ما تركن.Help you find your car after you park.
• نمنع إساءة الاستخدام والمضايقات (مثلاً حدود لعدد عمليات المسح).Prevent abuse and harassment (e.g. scan rate limits).

إحنا ما بنبيعش بياناتك الشخصية لأي حد، أبداً.We never sell your personal data to anyone.

واتساب وميتاWhatsApp and Meta

التواصل بيمر من خلال واجهة واتساب للأعمال من ميتا (WhatsApp Business Cloud API). الرسائل اللي بتعدّي على واتساب بتخضع كمان لسياسة خصوصية ميتا. إحنا بنبعت أقل قدر من المعلومات اللازم لتوصيل التنبيه.Communication flows through Meta's WhatsApp Business Cloud API. Messages sent over WhatsApp are also subject to Meta's privacy policy. We send only the minimum information needed to deliver the alert.

مع مين بنشارك البياناتWho we share data with

• مفيش مستخدم تاني بيشوف رقم تليفونك أو اسمك أو مكانك — أبداً.No other user ever sees your phone number, name, or location — ever.
• جهات الاتصال الموثوقة اللي إنت بتختارها بتستلم تنبيه الحجز عند التصعيد فقط.Trusted contacts you choose receive the block alert only upon escalation.
• مزودو خدمة بيشتغلوا نيابة عننا: الاستضافة، مزود رسائل الـ OTP، خدمة الإشعارات، تخزين الصور، واتساب من ميتا، وأداة رصد الأعطال (Sentry — مع إزالة البيانات الشخصية).Service providers acting on our behalf: hosting, the SMS OTP provider, push delivery, image storage, Meta WhatsApp, and error monitoring (Sentry, with personal data stripped).
• الجهات الرسمية لو القانون فرض علينا كده.Authorities where we are legally required to.

مدة الاحتفاظ بالبياناتData retention

• سجلات الركن بتتمسح بعد ٣٠ يوم من انتهائها (و٦٠ يوم للجلسات اللي ما اتقفلتش).Parking sessions are deleted 30 days after they end (60 days for sessions that were never closed).
• صور الرخصة محفوظة بشكل خاص، وبتتعرض عن طريق روابط مؤقتة بتنتهي بعد ١٥ دقيقة، ومن غير تخزين مؤقت على شبكات التوزيع.Licence images are kept private and served via short-lived signed links that expire after 15 minutes, with no CDN caching.
• لما تمسح حسابك، بنمسح بياناتك خلال ٣٠ يوم.When you delete your account, we erase your data within 30 days.

حقوقك وحذف بياناتكYour rights and data deletion

تقدر تمسح حسابك وكل بياناتك من جوه التطبيق في أي وقت (الإعدادات ← حذف الحساب) — ده بيشمل عربياتك وستيكراتك وسجل ركنك وصور الرخصة ورموز الإشعارات. تقدر كمان تطلب الوصول لبياناتك أو تصحيحها أو حذفها عن طريق مراسلتنا.You can delete your account and all your data from inside the app at any time (Settings → Delete account) — this includes your vehicles, stickers, parking history, licence images, and push tokens. You may also request access, correction, or deletion of your data by contacting us.

الأمانSecurity

البيانات بتتشفّر أثناء النقل. صور الرخصة في تخزين خاص بروابط مؤقتة. ما بنسجّلش أي بيانات شخصية (أرقام تليفون، لوحات، مواقع) في سجلات النظام.Data is encrypted in transit. Licence images live in private storage behind short-lived links. We do not log any personal data (phone numbers, plates, locations) in our system logs.

الأطفالChildren

خرجني موجّه للسائقين البالغين وغير مخصص للأطفال. ما بنجمعش عن قصد بيانات من أي حد دون السن القانونية للقيادة.Kharragni is intended for adult drivers and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone below the legal driving age.

تعديلات على السياسةChanges to this policy

ممكن نحدّث السياسة دي من وقت للتاني. هنحدّث تاريخ “آخر تحديث” فوق، ولو كان التغيير جوهري هنبلّغك داخل التطبيق.We may update this policy from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date above, and for material changes we will notify you in the app.
