من تقدر تستخدم الخدمةEligibility

لازم تكون سائق بالغ ومخوّل بقيادة العربية اللي بتسجّلها، وتقدّم بيانات صحيحة. إنت مسؤول عن دقة بيانات عربيتك ولوحتك.You must be an adult driver authorized to operate the vehicle you register, and you must provide accurate information. You are responsible for the accuracy of your vehicle and plate details.

الخدمةThe service

خرجني وسيط بيوصّل تنبيه لصاحب العربية لما حد يحجزه. إحنا بننقل الرسائل بس — ما بنضمنش إن الشخص هيرد أو يحرّك عربيته، ولا بنتحكم في تصرفات أي مستخدم.Kharragni is a broker that delivers an alert to a car's owner when someone blocks them in. We relay messages only — we do not guarantee that anyone will respond or move their car, and we do not control any user's behavior.

حسابكYour account

بتسجّل الدخول برقم تليفونك عن طريق رمز تحقق. حافظ على جهازك ووصولك للحساب، وإنت مسؤول عن أي نشاط بيحصل من حسابك.You sign in with your phone number via a one-time code. Keep your device and account access secure; you are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

الاستخدام المقبولAcceptable use

• امسح الستيكر بس لما يكون عندك سبب حقيقي (عربية حاجزاك فعلاً).Scan a sticker only when you have a genuine reason (a car actually blocking you).
• ممنوع المضايقة أو الإزعاج أو إساءة استخدام التنبيهات، أو إرسال بلاغات وهمية.No harassment, nuisance, or abuse of alerts, and no fake or repeated false reports.
• ممنوع انتحال شخصية غيرك، أو محاولة الوصول لبيانات أو عربية مش بتاعتك.No impersonation, and no attempting to access data or a vehicle that is not yours.
• ممنوع السحب الآلي للبيانات (scraping)، أو الالتفاف على حدود المعدل، أو إساءة استخدام الخدمة للأذى أو التتبع.No automated scraping, no circumventing rate limits, and no using the service to harm or stalk anyone.

لو خالفت ده، ممكن نعلّق حسابك أو ستيكرك.Violating this may result in suspension of your account or sticker.

الستيكرات وتوثيق العربيةStickers and vehicle verification

الستيكرات بتتصدر لعربيات موثّقة وبتفضل ملكنا، وممكن نلغيها أو نستبدلها (مثلاً لو اتسرقت أو اتنسخت). بترفع صورة رخصة السيارة للتوثيق، ومن حقنا نرفض أو نلغي توثيق لو فيه شك. التلاعب ببيانات عربية شخص تاني ممنوع تماماً وممكن يتبلّغ عنه.Stickers are issued to verified vehicles, remain our property, and may be revoked or replaced (e.g. if stolen or copied). You upload a vehicle licence photo for verification; we may reject or revoke verification at our discretion. Tampering with another person's vehicle data is strictly prohibited and may be reported.

خدمات الطرف الثالثThird-party services

الخدمة بتعتمد على واتساب من ميتا والرسائل القصيرة والخرائط. استخدامك ليها بيخضع كمان لشروط مزوّدي الخدمات دول، وإحنا مش مسؤولين عن أعطالهم.The service relies on Meta's WhatsApp, SMS, and maps. Your use is also subject to those providers' terms, and we are not responsible for their outages.

بدون ضماناتNo warranty

الخدمة بتُقدّم “كما هي”. بنبذل أقصى جهد لتوصيل التنبيهات، بس ما بنضمنش وصولها أو سرعتها أو رد الطرف التاني — التوصيل بيعتمد على الشبكة وعلى ميتا ومزوّدي الرسائل.The service is provided “as is”. We make our best effort to deliver alerts, but we do not guarantee their delivery, timing, or that the other party responds — delivery depends on the network, Meta, and SMS providers.

حدود المسؤوليةLimitation of liability

بالقدر اللي يسمح به القانون، خرجني مش مسؤولة عن أي أضرار ناتجة عن عربية حاجزة، أو تأخير، أو تنبيه ما وصلش، أو عطل في خدمة طرف تالت (زي ميتا أو مزوّد الرسائل).To the extent permitted by law, Kharragni is not liable for any damages arising from a blocking car, delays, a missed alert, or a third-party outage (such as Meta or the SMS provider).

الإنهاءTermination

ممكن نعلّق أو ننهي الوصول عند إساءة الاستخدام. وتقدر إنت تمسح حسابك في أي وقت من جوه التطبيق.We may suspend or terminate access for abuse. You may delete your account at any time from inside the app.

تعديلات على الشروطChanges to these terms

ممكن نحدّث الشروط دي من وقت للتاني. هنحدّث تاريخ “آخر تحديث” فوق، واستمرارك في استخدام الخدمة بعد التغيير معناه موافقتك على الشروط المحدّثة.We may update these terms from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date above, and your continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

القانون الحاكمGoverning law

الشروط دي بتخضع لقوانين جمهورية مصر العربية، والاختصاص القضائي لمحاكم القاهرة.These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the courts of Cairo have jurisdiction.
